What is semi permanent make up?
The procedure
Semi permanent make up and who benefits
For perfectly balanced and shaped eyebrows, for a lipstick that stays put and for non-smudge eyeliner, semi-permanent make up is every woman’s answer.
Coloured pigments are implanted into the skin to replicate make up that lasts Z4/7, creating a beautiful and fresh look that lasts all day, every day, slowly fading with time. Whether you are 18 or 88, we have a treatment that will not only simplify your make up routine, but will improve your confidence, self-esteem and overall look. We aim to create a subtle change that will have your friends guessing your newest beauty secret…What’s not to like? Talk to your specialist about booking your procedure today
Your choices

Eyebrows
Anyone who requires emphasis of the brows will love this procedure and the time saved never having to pencil again. Once the procedure is complete you can swim, play sports or just lie in the sun without the worry of ever losing your brows.
Choose between a soft textured look or hair simulation. If you have no brow hair or sparse brows due to over-plucking, then the difference balanced brows can make is amazing.
Eyelash enhancement
Make the most of your eyes with semi-permanent make up. From subtle to dramatic, eyelash enhancement or eyeliner can dramatically define eyes, creating great looks that are long lasting and always perfect.

Lip liner and full colour
For a truly subtle and beautiful cosmetic effect, semi-permanent make up is an excellent way of enhancing the shape and colour of your lips.
Your lips will look fuller and more shapely. This fabulous procedure can help reduce lipstick bleed, ensuring that you have perfect lips at all times. Full lip colour is also available in a subtle shade to crisp, correct or redefines lips. For a more striking effect, stronger colour can be applied.
Eye liner
Eyeliner can dramatically define eyes, creating great looks that are long lasting and always perfect.

When booking your treatment
Some considerations:
- You must be over 18.
- You cannot be pregnant or breastfeeding.
- You must be well on the day of your procedure. Discuss with your technician if you have any doubts.
- It’s likely you will need two treatments.
- You will not be able to go to the gym or swim immediately after the treatments.
- You should always use sun block on the treated area.
- For the best possible results and to avoid complications, always follow the aftercare advice given by your technician.
Your treatment will follow these healing phases
Heal: as soon as your procedure is finished your body will start to heal. The skin will close and you may use a thin scab which protects with area whilst healing.
Peel: after a few days the scab will fall away and you will see pigment.
Fade: you will see a lighter hue of implanted colour. This colour will change over 4/6 weeks. In some cases healed lip colour will not be seen for up to 3 months. In some cases eye liner can disappear entirely during this phase.
This is a 2 stage procedure
Visit 1 is the ‘base coat’
Visit 2 ‘perfects’
Your procedure is not deemed complete until you have had both treatments.
Your second visit can be booked after 5 weeks and before 3 months.
If it is after 3 months it is deemed a re-touch and you may be charged accordingly.
Tips for keeping your procedure looking beautiful
- Consider using a waterproof, total sunblock. Sun exposure will fade your procedure and the colour may change.
- Strong chemical or glycolic/acid peels of any kind may cause pigment to lighten.
- Keep your procedure looking its best. Book a colour boost procedure 12/18 months following the second visit.
Patch test is required 24 Hours before having cosmetic treatment.
